  • Payment can be made online via credit/debit card, Venmo, CashApp or any other accepted payment method during the booking process. Payment details will be provided at checkout.

    • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or logging into your account. Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the session time.

    • Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellation policies vary by coach, so please review the terms before booking.

  • While both coaching and counseling aim to support personal growth, coaching is more about achieving specific goals and improving performance, while counseling is focused on emotional healing and mental health.

  • Yes, you will receive an email or SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • After booking, you will receive a welcome email with details on how to prepare for your first session, including any forms to fill out or questions to consider beforehand.

  • If you experience any technical difficulties while booking, please contact our support team via email, and we’ll assist you right away.
